Julia Papp

Bookkeeper

Julia is the bookkeeper of the Fortuna Ledge Co-op Store. She has had experience as a sales clerk and learns as she is working in the store. Julia has also had ten years of regular education. Each day she works 7 hours, and most of the time you will see her working in the office of the store.

She works five days a week, mainly with Roberta Fitka and Alex Nick. She gets $7.50 an hour. She expects to work there as long as she can.

Her main responsibilities are: completing the monthly statements for the store, recording the store's bills, sending deposits to the bank, helping people, and being kind. The best part of her job is counting cash, but she dislikes recording bills.

If anyone were to want a job like hers, here's advice from the person who knows. You should graduate from high school and try to get training in bookkeeping. Listen, and learn your math and spelling by heart. Have a good memory, and be courteous to the customers because they are number one.
