KAVLAGUYAT-BLACK BEARBERRY

(ARCTOSTAPHYLOS ALPINA)

The "KAVLAGUYAT" is bigger than the other berries. It is sweeter and tastier. There are hardly and "KAVLAGUYAT" on the tundra. In the mountains there are more "KAVLAGUYAT" and "CURAQ" .

Hunters can eat a lot of "KAVLAGUYAT" in the tundra if they are hungry. They won't get a stomach ache even if they eat as many as they can. You can eat "KAVLAGUYAT" with milk and sugar. They are very pleasant to eat.
