CERURPARUAQ-SPREADING WOOD FERN

(DRYOPTERIS AUSTRIACA WOYNAR)

We usually eat ferns when they are curled and before they grow into adult plants. We go down by the shore under the hills to dig them out in the spring time. We can only eat ferns after cooking them. But first we have to clean the dirt out of them. We still eat ferns even in these modern days. The only time we can eat them though is in spring when they're curled.
