Natalia's Grandchildren

"During the holiday break I didn't do that much. The only thing I mainly did was babysit my nephew John Anthony. I do this every day now since my daughter Marcia isn't here. I also do home chores like wash dishes, sweep and mop the floor, sew, switch around the furniture and anything else that comes to mind. My grandkids are among the most important people in my life and I'd do anything to satisfy their needs. I treat them as if they are my own kids.

At Christmas, my daughter Theresa had a baby girl. It was something like a present to us because she was born on Christmas. It made me feel the warmth of love and the good tidings that will come upon her family. I also thought about my life and how so many things have changed for me. Nothing is the same as it was a few years back. But I enjoy the way it is now."
