Paul Buster
Janitor

Paul Buster was born in Alakanuk, Alaska, in 1964. He grew up in Alakanuk with his family, went to school there and graduated from Alakanuk High School. He did not attend college.

He has worked at the Marshall Head Start for three years as a janitor, and he is hoping he will work there for a long time. Paul likes his job cleaning up after the kids, in part because he had no job when he first came to Marshall. He feels good about his job and is happy every day at work. No training was necessary for his Head Start job, but he has received training in Anchorage for repair and maintenance of Moniter, Toyo and Laser stoves.

Paul has a family and he says that his kids feel very good that he has a job at Head Start.
