Norma Evan
Weekend Clerk

Norma was born in Bethel in 1975. She grew up in Marshall and went to school at the Marshall High School. She went to college at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks where she studied Biology.

She has been working at the Co-op for one month. She says that the pay is pretty good and is better than that of some other jobs.

She was first interested in her job because at the time she didn't have a job and all she needed to know was how to work the cash register.

She reports that her job keeps her stimulated because it keeps her busy. She says that the best thing about her job is working with other people.

She also says that her family affects her job performance because they are always calling her on the store's pay phone.
