Jerry Boliver
Laborer

Jerry was born in Bethel on the twenty-sixth of May, 1967. He grew up in Marshall. Jerry went to school here in Marshall and graduated from Marshall High School in 1985. He went to college for one semester then joined the Army.

He has worked as a substitute laborer with the Water and Sewer Dept. for three years, and he would like to work as long as he can there. He says there are ups and downs about his job, but generally it is O.K.

This job was offered to Jerry after he got out of the Army. He started working with heavy equipment after he went to OIT (Operater In Training) school for one week. But he says he learns more from the people he works with while he is on the job.

Jerry says that his job keeps him going and keeps him busy. He likes the people that he works with and the pay that he gets. The worst thing is working with the sewage.
