Gas Station

Mike Duny
Manager

Mike Duny was born in Marshall in 1966. He grew up in Marshall and went to school at Marshall High School where he graduated four years later.

He has been working at the tank farm for four years but this is a new position for him. He became interested in his new job at the tank farm because he needed the work. He has received Hazmat (Hazardous materials) training since getting the job.

Mike says that the best thing about his job is payday and that the worst is waiting for payday.

He has a family of three and says that they make his job easier for him.

Joseph Isaac
Gas Man

Joseph Isaac was born in Bethel in 1975. He grew up in Marshall and went to school in Marshall and in Chignik Lake. Unfortunately he did not graduate.

He works at the tank farm and has been working there for 8-9 months. He doesn't know how long he is going to be working here.

He doesn't like his job because there is nothing to do except when he has customers. Even so, he says that it keeps him stimulated. He doesn't know how it does but it does.

He started on this job because he needed the money. All he needed to know before he started his job was how to run the cash register and how to turn the valves for the gas on and off. He hasn't needed any training since.

He says that the best thing about his job is payday and that the worst thing is waiting for payday.
