As An Eagle

:

AS AN EAGLE

As I was skiing around Castle Rocks,

I saw a mighty Golden Eagle,

Soaring high above me

Its wings spread out so wide

That their shadow covered me.

Its loud screams echoing

Everywhere

All around me

Making the whole

Earth shake.

I watched it fly

Slowly

And powerfully

Till it disappeared....

I will never forget that Eagle.

One day,

When I die,

Maybe I'll

Come back

As an Eagle.
