Now available: the complete digital video compilation of "Sharing Our Knowledge: A Conference of Tsimshian, Haida and Tlingit Tribes and Clans" held March 21-25, 2007 in Sitka, Alaska. Four full days of plenary sessions and concurrent workshops were recorded, published in 37 volumes of DVDs. Evening programs were not recorded. Each session and workshop constitutes one volume.

There is one point of possible confusion you may experience when ordering: Volume 1 & Volume 9 include two disks each (Vol.1A and Vol. 1B -- Vol. 9A & Vol. 9B) -- each of these volumes sell for the price of one. For instance, if you order Volume 9, you will receive two DVDs at the cost of $12.50.

KUDOS
Our deepest thanks to all the presenters, volunteers, grantors, program advertisers and the people of Sitka. Many of the presenters came great distances, mostly if not entirely at their own expense, and willingly allowed the use of their PowerPoint presentations in the production of these DVDs.

We wish to thank the crew at KATH-TV (also known as Northstar Television) -- Rik, Mikko, Dan, and Charlie -- for producing an excellent product. We also wish to assure those of you who order DVDs that it is unlikely the revenues from sales will exceed the cost of producing the 37 volumes. Again, thanks to the crew of Northstar for meeting, and very much exceeding, the terms of their agreement with us.

FAST FACTS
There are 37 volumes and 39 DVD disks (two volumes have two disks each). The volumes are arranged chronologically by day (see color bands: yellow Thursday, orange Friday, green Saturday, blue Sunday), with each volume inclusive of each plenary session or workshop. Each volume contains one or more "chapters" (i.e., individual presenters). On average there are four chapters per volume.

The individual DVDs, as formatted, allow you to go directly to each chapter by clicking on the menu button next to the name of each presenter. There are a total of 145 chapters within the 37 volumes, which include a total of 58 embedded PowerPoint presentations.

In sum total, we recorded over 62 hours of material. If you have 2 days and 14 hours (and a case of Red Bull), you could view it all in one sitting.

Shipping and Handling
There is no cost for shipping and handling if you can pick up the order in Juneau at KATH-TV at 1107 W8th, Suite #1, or if you can provide an alternate form of shipping such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and provide an account number. Otherwise, shipping and handling costs are as follows:

1 to 3 volumes = $5
4 to 20 volumes = $10
21 volumes to entire set of 37 = $20
Volume 1 and Volume 9 each contain two disks, but are considered one volume each.

Payment
At this time, we are unable to accept credit card payments. We'll process orders on a first come/first served basis. An order is initiated with the receipt by Northstar Television of the ordering form with a payment in full by check or money order (paid to the order of Northstar Television).
