Guy AlLee's Summer
Story
Most of the summer Guy was in
Fairbanks, Alaska, spending time with his grandchildren. Sally was
going to summer school at the same time.
He did a lot of walking and running
in the gym in Fairbanks and he and Sally went to Denali National Park
where they saw a lot of animals including a bear which they video
recorded from the bus they were riding in. He also went to Portland
Oregon to visit his son and grandchildren. Then he went hiking in
some of the national parks close to Portland.
Then he took a train ride from
Portland to Denver where he met his wife. Later he visited his older
sister in Idaho on the way back from Denver. He met Sally again in
Portland, and from there they flew back to Anchorage, Alaska. When he
got back to Anchorage, he found that one of his friends had died from
smoking. She had a blood clot while she was taking birth control.
When Guy got back to Russian Mission, he was happy to be at his same
'ol job again.
