Kathy Peteroff's Bingo-ful
Summer
Kathy Peteroff and her family kept
going back and forth to their fish camp this summer. She says she
didn't cut any fish, only the heads, but they don't count to her.
Fran Evan and Liza Busch cut all the fish this summer. If it wasn't
for them Kathy wouldn't have any fish for the winter.
Kathy went to pick berries two times
this summer. The first time she went to Kuik but there were no
berries in that area. The second time she went behind Tukchuk and
picked one bucket of blue berries there.
She and her family attempted to go to
their fish camp above Russian Mission but the river was too rough, so
they stopped in Russian Mission to visit and play bingo. Right after
bingo was over Kathy wanted to come home because she was broke. While
they were coming back to Marshall the other people in the boat said
they saw a black bear but Kathy didn't see it because her eyes are
bad.
"That's all I guess I did this summer
besides going to bingo, whenever they had it, and visiting," said
Kathy Peteroff.
