The program provides student advising and counseling to promote Native student success in college, and academic course work on Native culture, contemporary issues, and cross-cultural communications. It also co-sponsors the Village Management Institute, which is a summer program at Sheldon Jackson College that is designed to strengthen the management skills of rural residents.
