Alex Nick
CO-OP Manager
Alex works for the Fortuna Ledge
CO-OP Store. The training that was necessary for his job was business
management, and it required lots of supervision. The highest
education he received as a child was fifth grade.
He works in the office most of the
lime with his book keeper Roberta Fitka. He works an average of nine
hours a day, seven days a week. He is willing to work as long as they
keep him employed. His boss is the CO-OP Board of Directors and Jerry
Morman of ANICA.
His job responsibilities are: make
sure the store is operating on a daily basis, insure that all
employees do all necessary jobs, make sure everything is recorded
from the following day, and always have smile on his face. Alex gets
in return a salary of $1800.00 a month.
The best thing about his job is
keeping busy every day. But the worst thing is he has NO days off and
he is always having to catch up with behind items. His words to
others are: "Complete school, go to college and you'll be able to
take care of all your needs."
